Renowned percussionist Samson Olawale makes his Color Red debut in “Babawa Orun.” Coming out of an attention-grabbing drum call, the track begins with a simmering groove that allows Olawale’s percussion work to soar on top of group vocal chants and rhythmic guitar vamps. Olawale’s message calls upon the world to walk into the presence of God amongst tension and strife in today’s present world.
