'Anthology' by Saint Disruption - Color Red Exclusive
Saint Disruption is a spirit-driven, soul-inspired new musical collective led by improvisational wizard John Medeski (Medeski, Martin & Wood) and scientist/folk healer Jeff Firewalker. The met in the Amazon in 2008 and joined forces 12 years later in the midst of a global pandemic to collaborate with fellow visionary artists to create a collection of probing and political neo-funk.
Anthology is curated by Eddie Roberts and the Color Red team showcasing some of most standout tracks in the band's discography with our vinyl club members' tastes in mind. Anthology is available exclusively via the Color Red Vinyl Club on a gorgeous violet vinyl record. Featured guest artists include Oteil Burbridge, Warren Haynes, Datrian Johnson, Michael Bellar, Duane Simpson, and many more.

Color Red founder Eddie Roberts on guitar, Simon Allen on drums, Joe Tatton on keyboards, and Pete Shand on bass celebrated their 25th Anniversary last year as they embarked on their long-awaited post-COVID US tour. Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom is a cornerstone in the band's 25-year-history as they've engaged in multiple sold-out two-night runs over the years and the venue has been foundational in building the band's audience in the states.
Live from Cervantes Volume Two features 8 high-octane live renditions of songs that span the band's vast catalog including a live version of fan-favorite "Cigar Time" off of their 2015 album Made for Pleasure and the cooker "Dusty Groove" off of The Nashville Sessions Volume 2. With additional tracks that include "You Mess Me Up" from 2012's Out on the Faultline and "Yokacoka" from Renewable Energy, the album takes listeners on a full-throttle journey throughout the band's anthology as a perfect send off from stateside touring!
