Action Figure (feat. John Medeski)

Jazz-funk guitar maestro Will Bernard shares another new single, "Action Figure", with support from Freelance Subversives and featuring keyboard legend John Medeski. The new single highlights Medeski's signature style, with funk-fueled B3 organ complemented by fuzz-drenched guitar work from Bernard. The guitarist shares an insight into the song title as it applies to musicians as actions figures: "So many musicians are characters and deserve this kind of immortalization." Bernard continues to stand tall as a master of the modern jazz guitar craft, while combining elements of jam, psychedelia, funk, and even electronica in this new single as listeners eagerly await the full album release of 'Whereabouts' in November 2026.
