The Bend

Tyler Adams Organ Trio makes its studio recording debut with "The Bend" from the forthcoming EP from Color Red. The trio led by The Jauntee keyboardist features Will Trask (The High Hawks) on drums and a fellow member of The Jauntee, Caton Sollenberger on guitar. "The Bend" and the subsequent tracks from the forthcoming EP were recorded in their entirety at Color Red Studios to tape with a Hammond B3 organ and lean into the warm vintage/retro sound Color Red has been so renowned for. "The Bend" has an ideal mix of laid-back jazz grooves with upbeat funk syncopations and pulls from other instrumental jazz-funk greats such as Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio and Medeski, Martin, & Wood.
