Watch Who You Cross

“Watch Who You Cross” by KJ Evans takes inspiration from female-fronted grunge artists in the 90s such as Garbage and Hole as Evans leans into expressing her spirituality through music and not putting up with anybody who crosses her. The track was recorded after Evans participated in the Vail Youth Music Showcase and was awarded a recording contract with Go MAPS Music, the record label arm of the Vail, Colorado-based nonprofit organization MAPS (Mr. Anonymous Philanthropic Society) that supports artists who promote unity and peace in communities through music.
