Ānāpāna

Anapana (ah.nah.pah.nah) A Pali term, means respiration. Breathe is a tool with which to explore the truth about oneself. Because respiration is one function of the body that can be either conscious or unconscious, intentional or unintentional. It acts as a bridge from the known to the unknown.
