City Blocks

Radon shares their first single since 2021 with “City Blocks”. The single maintains the shimmery, neo-psych grooves that has amassed them over 2 million streams across DSPs with a soulful, funky nod to the Color Red Studios in Denver, where the single was recorded. Producer and bassist Dan Africano shares some insight into the composition saying, “The bass line entered my head first in my Greenpoint Brooklyn bedroom and would not leave me alone for weeks. I hadn't done anything with the idea until I decided the Radon audio style would be a good vehicle to convey the aesthetic.” With Brant Williams using a unique Leslie speaker effect for his guitar, returning fans will be reminded of the 2021 singles “Warbler” and “Swordfish.”
