Pittsburgh organ trio Norside shares the first single, "T-Bone", from their upcoming album 'Coal & Soul.' The jazz-funk instrumental nods to The New Mastersounds, who the band opened for during the boogaloo legends' "Ta Ta For Now" 2025 tour, with rock-leaning elements reminiscent of Surprise Chef. The single hints at a deep-cut Seinfield reference reference with a greasy feel like a T-Bone steak. The band states that this track and their 2025 single "Campmaster" helped change the direction and approach of how to craft their sound in the studio.
