Renegade

“Renegade” by Photon paints a sonic journey of self-acceptance. The initial mysterious sections of delay swirls and voice leading present the conviction to step out as a contributor to the world knowing that your experience and expertise have given you the confidence to embark down the path as an outlier. The track congeals into a focused melody and broken beats to honor the renegade’s credence through a celebratory dance section. Photon’s third single off of a 4-track EP embodies the ethos of Tycho through evoking emotion through instrumental works and carries the torch of electro-dance pioneers such as The New Deal and MMW. The EP will release in fall 2021.
