Sinkhole

“Sinkhole” by Death by Dub juxtaposes the feeling of the world’s weight with seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Using a descending, dissonant bass line to convey the sinking feeling of life’s stresses, the heavy feeling is released through a bright and lighthearted segue signaled by buoyant horn melodies. The track is the sixth Color Red release from the studio project led by Dan Africano and Scott Flynn and particularly embraces inspiration from Midnite, Carlton Barrett (drummer of The Wailers), and 10 ft Ganja Plant.
